The curriculum is broken up into 6 sections! Each section focuses on a new skill for you to master. Mastering these skills will bring life-changing results for your overall health! Resources, like recipes and meal plans, are included in the curriculum.
The check-ins vary in format depending on what level of the program we decide best suits you. Wether through video call, or chat, you will have frequent check-in appointments with me. You will also be held accountable by other members of the program community.
I am your coach! (Hey, my name is Adalyn. Nice to meet you.) How often we meet is determined depending on what level of the program we decide best fits you. But please keep in mind, I maintain a culture of personally attending to all my clients needs and will not leave you unsupported.
As long as you need! We will start with a 6 month contract. I require a minimum of 6 months because that is the amount of time needed to achieve lasting results (remember, this is not a quick-fix diet!). I want to see you truly succeed!

In the program, you will be challenged to eat whole foods that will require a lot of meal prep. Each my clients should spend at least 1 hour each week prepping food. An additional 1-2 hours will be spent participating in check-ins and completing the curriculum. Overall, I would plan on 3 hours each week to devote to your new healthy lifestyle!
